We are Canadas first and only Shoyu style soy sauce brewery. We carefully brew our Shoyu in Okanagan wine barrels using traditional Japanese koji fermentation techniques with Canadian organic soybeans, wheat, salt, water and time.

We are also offering our farmers market favourite miso balls. Locally fermented organic miso mixed with all plant based ingredients to make a quick and nutritious Miso soup. Simply drop into 1 cup of hot water, stir steep and enjoy!
