Carmen is the fuel and the engine that shapes Empanada Gal into an amazing family business! Carmen was born and raised in Guatemala, studied the art of cooking for many years and has come to Canada to share her knowledge and expertise with the world! Empanada Gal has evolved over the years and Carmen has been creating new recipes while incorporating classic ones.

* Please note that some items come frozen and is only available for FREE Vancouver curbside pick up. The two ready-to-eat (sweet and savoury) empanadas are available for pick up on Saturday, December 9 + Sunday, December 10 starting at 10am from Granville and West 12th Avenue in Vancouver. If you wish to place an order, but are unable to pick up on those dates, please email info@gotcraft.com to see if alternate arrangements can be made.
