When Kayla moved home from university for the summer, they seized the opportunity to create a unique and flavourful experience and crafted their sinfully delicious Brookies. Brookies are the irresistible fusion of a brownie and a cookie that offers golden-brown edges, soft centers and tastes like a cookie but has the texture of a brownie. As a 100% family owned and operated business, each Brookie is handmade and baked fresh, just for you.

Bar Down Cookies is entirely themed after hockey as they are a proud sponsor of KidSport and donate a percentage of profits to help local children and youth to play sports when their families face financial barriers.
